Delivery time

The delivery time of your order depends on the delivery date of your items in our warehouses:

- Items delivery in our warehouse: we first have to take delivery of the product quantities we have bought from our suppliers.

- Parcel-packing: this step takes 3 to 15 calendar days, between the end of the sale and the day the parcels are dispatched.

When you place an order, we give you the estimated delivery dates and, at any time you want, you can use the live tracking system in "My account > My orders".
